Kings Sutton is fortunate to have main line connections to London, Birmingham, and Oxford. It is served both by Great Western Link and Chiltern Railways. The station is well used by commuters and shoppers alike, and has a free car park attached. The line also carries a large amount of freight, making it a very important North/South link.

The village is within easy reach of the M40 Junction 11 Northbound and Junction 10 South. The M1 is now accessible within half an hour thanks to the new A43 Dual Carriageway from M40 Junction 10 to Northampton

There is a bus service to Banbury, and, whilst infrequent, is well used.
