The Village is lucky to have to have a wide variety of Shops and other Amenities.
The Memorial Hall & Health Centre
was completely rebuilt in 2001 after many years of hard work by various villagers. The hall has provided the village with a superb amenity. It is available for hire both to villagers and non residents. The Health Centre attached to the hall has meant that people no longer have to travel into Banbury or Brackley.

The Hall and Health Centre were built using funds partly provided by the Millennium Commission. The project was one of only two similar projects to be approved in Northamptonshire.

The village has two retail outlets selling a variety of goods. The Post Office in Wales St is vital for many and there is a mini supermarket, on Richmond Street, the Co-Op, that caters for many local needs.
